Hope your day was a good one, even if you weren’t able to go outside. Not much fun out there any way when Mother Nature has the thermostat cranked up so high.

Unfortunately we're going to hit the triple digits this week, at least a dry heat and HOORAY for A/C!
Son was here today and coming over tomorrow after his work too.
I didn't even leave the house today, a real lazy butt.

LOL! I can do without football but know a lot of people who are ready for the season to begin.
We’re just looking forward to being able to walk outside without feeling like we’re melting.
And looking forward to being able to let the outside cats go out again. The heat index has been way up there and many pets suffer heat stroke around here. We’ve played it safe and kept our kittehs inside lately.
‘Bout time you got to share in our misery. LOL! At least y’all have dry heat out there and that does help a little. And A/C helps a LOT!
Cool you had some time with your son and have more to look forward to tomorrow.
I spent some time with Hubby’s aunt at the nursing home this afternoon and that was it for “excitement”.
We thought we might get a little rain this afternoon but it just ... wouldn’t ... get ... here. The leaves on the soybeans are starting to turn yellow now so we’re in trouble.
Psst, LUV is probably with Church friends now, but watch out for her “showing up” around the 50 mark.

The cold has moved to my chest, but hopefully I will be better by Tuesday.
I HATE missing pub night!
I have been doing some serious guitar practice though.
Lynn-Dah has stayed by my side the whole time I was sick!
Finally...I can only stand there and try to get something behind her to sit on. If I can’t, I can only help her sink to the floor gently without hitting anything on the way down. I have a rolling office chair without arms in the bedroom and living room.
Oooooooh, I expect it.
Trying to catch up on today’s storks’ activities now so I can keep an eye on BOTH of ya. :-)
