I hear you on that but arrogance is the hallmark of the Clinton way of doing business. Ask yourself as you are watching it... how on earth is that they operate the way they do without a thought in the world to the repercussions? They have been doing it so long and gotten away with it so long that they have developed the attitudes of entitlement and arrogance. What they are doing is ok because they are doing it an no one is stopping them. I don't have another explanation for you.
The second point to make to your suggestion is to look at the 20,000 WikiLeaks emails. How many of them are directly between the media and the DNC? Answer dozens of questions to the media? Sure... the DNC and the Clintons are writing the questions and they only do interviews with those who are handpicked. Trump wasn't kidding when he said it was a rigged system...... what I have to wonder is if Trump himself knew how rigged it truly has become as evidenced over the past two days alone. Rest assured, Bernie Sanders sure knows how rigged it is now.
