There is no reason to alienate Kasich or Cruz supporters at this point, IMO.

I don't think he cares.

You are missing the point. There are other threats, not yet apparent who mean to sand bag Trump. He’s like a B52 circling over Tehran.

This is a bull shit MSM article posted by Freepers who did not see the Friday Presser where Trump was thanking his volunteers and staff.

My but he is really good at psyops! Don’t you love the way he sort of tosses that out off-handedly? That will keep the never trump crowd quiet for the duration of the campaign. Then if the ever do run again he can bury them and say I told you so. Brilliant.

Yup. He's playing poker, and no one knows it, except Newt.

Trump should focus on crushing Hillary, on winning decisively in November, and on governing. He should ignore those who opposed him and betrayed their oath to support the nominee, at least until they are up for election. It’s good to show that he can move on, whether or not that is what he is going to do later.

Well, in the 143 gazillion Fed statutes currently on the books, chances are there's some kinda blanket pardon stuck in there by the DC criminals themselves for just such an eventuality.

But no, I'm not a lawyer, thank God !

Thanks for the info. Seems a waste of his time and money both have hurt themselves a lot.

“Report: Trump to create super-PACs to attack Cruz, Kasich”

I was afraid something like this might happen.

Well, you make a good point on that. But I guess I don't understand how harrying Cruz and Kasich to the death at this point will benefit Trump. It seems like a waste of time and money, and it's a distraction at a time I'd prefer that he not be distracted from the goal.

Perhaps Trump is looking at the political chess board after the election, and he would just rather make sure that political challengers like Cruz and Kasich are neutered before he takes office.

I just don't know what's in Trump's head, it's like he is thinking two or three weeks ahead of the rest of us. That's one of the things about him I admire the most.

Yup. He plays 3-D chess in terms of anticipating an extreme number of his adversary's move and plans a variety of counter-moves.

In the past we've said,"why did he do that?! That was dumb." Then it turns out we were the dummies.
