“They may have contained top secret classified material but they weren’t market top secret.”

Speaking as someone who used to have a TS clearance, that is utterly irrelevant. It is the equivalent of discussing Top Secret programs while eating at McDonalds. Completely illegal, and anyone I worked with knew it. I’d be in jail if I pulled stuff out of my memory and posted it on FR, even though my memories don’t including “any kind of classification marking”!

It's relevant to my point that the article is inaccurate when they say the emails were market top secret.
