She will eventually become a vegetable. She has chosen not to extend the machines that keep her alive. They don’t do much. It’s either choosing this way or doing it in secret one night with pills or other means without anyone knowing, then mom walks in on her body and wonders what she did wrong and why.

God allows some of us to suffer. That suffering is our ticket to heaven when we accept it.
Nobody is innocent, we’re all guilty of sin and deserve death.
Nothing but the sacrifice Jesus Christ will redeem us. Thankfully, He died for us, it’s a free gift for eternal life.
She has a fatal disease. She will die naturally with palliative care. It’s not suicide.

Suffering is not a ticket anywhere. It can build character and such, but the only ticket to heaven is through Jesus Christ himself.
There will be a fullcourt press to legalize euthanasia.
the plans have been in the works for years, and like Canada it will be done by the courts or fiat by regulations.

Please provide biblical references for that statement.
Scripture is very clear. Salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone. It is not of works or suffering or any other human means.
Look at the Passion of Christ and the suffering. We unite our suffering with his.
There are no innocents. Because of what happened in the Garden, we enter this world dead in trespasses and sins and the wages of sin is death. We aren’t sinners because we commit sins. Rather, we sin because we are sinners by nature.
As for God not allowing suffering, ever studied the life of Job? Or Joseph? Or David? Or Paul? Or CHRIST Himself?
