He probably got it from the German government.

Plan B: He is a mentally disturbed loner who snapped because of racist bullying.
Plan C: He is a lone wolf, driven to extremism by the bigotry of whites and Christians.
Plan D: Bury the story when it gets too incriminating for muslims and immigrants. Talk about guns or racism or something.
I see that Joseph Goebbels still has an influence on Germany.
He was a Muzz, obviously influenced by numerous acts of Islamic terrorism. He didn’t need marching orders, although ISIS has issued them to all who would listen. Who has been doing these attacks in Europe, Turkey and America?? Mormons?
As things keep getting hotter and the mood of the public reaches the boiling point and western governments are tossed out, there will be no forgiveness to those who have propagandists and lied to their people. They may end up decorating trees like Christmas ornaments.

An eyewitness (a Muslim girl), heard the man screaming Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar as he targeted children !!!

I heard the audio recording of this witness on CNN, played right after the event.
It sounds totally credible and I see no reason to doubt the veracity of this witness.
Saying “Allahu Akbar” while shooting infidels is decisive evidence in favor of an Islamist motivation. Only total morons or politically correct liberals could doubt this. Ok, that was redundant, I know.
That has been my suspicion as well.
Targeted killings.
He would have in any case scoped out the customers sitting there eating, before he went to the bathroom and got out his gun.
However, I find no reason to disbelieve that muslim woman from Kosovo who claimed he screamed Allahu Akbar.
That he let her and her kid live, might further indicated targetted killings.
It seems most of the victims by age could be considered his peers.
Western governments are not worried about Jihadists, beyond their fear that continued Jihadist attacks might stoke Islamophobia and thus damage their goals of achieving cultural diversity. What they are worried about is that the great unwashed masses of people will start shooting at Muslims. That would mean civil war. (As long as only one side is killing citizens then it isn’t a civil war, you see...But if both sides start killing each other, something has to be done...to the non-Muslims.)
This time yesterday there were still 3 other shooters on the loose and a possible second shooting scene; so now suddenly it’s all wrapped up and the narrative is complete.
When police or govt officials and/or the media look for “ties” they up the bar to demanding some conclusive evidence that a terrorist has been pledged to a specific group such as ISIS, is under command of some terrorist mastermind, etc.
What this episode would seem to show (like Orlando, Nice, San Bernadino, etc.) is that there are plenty of willing jihadists who will mass-murder on behalf of Islam. Whether or not they claim some official affiliation(s) with organized groups is far from the main or only question.
