I happen to be one of those Arizonans who is not phased by the heat of summer. It is almost 11:00 am here and I am going hiking for about 90 minutes. The weather forecast is for 113 degree weather.

Unfortunately, voters here are more wimpy so we will have to wait till end of September to close the deal.
