Democratic politicians swiftly condemned Donald Trump’s Republican nomination acceptance speech on Thursday at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland as peddling prejudice and paranoia without offering any real solutions to the problems facing the United States.
Some of the Democratic Party’s most influential voices, including Sens. Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, excoriated the real estate tycoon’s vision for the country before the night came to a close.
Warren, who has publicly feuded with Trump, called the four-day Republican National Convention “the nastiest, most divisive convention that we’ve seen in half a century” during an appearance on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”
“I’ve got to tell you, that speech tonight, he sounded like some two-bit dictator of some country that you couldn’t find on a map,” Warren said.
In response, Colbert joked that he sounded more like a “billionaire dictator” and that “two-bit dictator” is “insulting to the man.”

No, it is NOT out of guilt that she claims to be Cherokee; its out of the benefits she gets for claiming the chair of a Harvard Law Professor that was probably reserved for someone of Indian heritage. I suspect this is how Prof. Warren, whom the stupid majority of Massachusetts elected to the Senate, got her job and why the bat will never, ever release her employment records.
Amazing stuff isn’t it? I have only read a little but it seems pretty damning. Master manipulators these folks.
We have been ruled by a two-bit dictator for 7 1/2 years; such long experience would give us the ability to know one if we saw one, and in Trump we do not see one.
The liberals think he is a dictator because he won’t force people to do what they want people to do, and to a liberal there are only two types of people in the world, them and Nazis. There are enough of us who are sick of being called Nazis to more than overcome their voting, and their voter fraud, and replace the two-bit dictator with the man who wants to stand for the people.
Oh my gosh....I want more, I want to know EVERYTHING...I’m sure Putin has all of Hillary’s emails, and now that Trump is on his way to the White House, I hope he gives them to Trump....he will let us know, he is as honest as the day is long...he couldn’t be the person he is and have the children he does without being honest....just compare Ivanka to Chelsea....
