“Attorney General Maura Healeys (D) directive against assault weapons sales.”
What’s the penalty for violating an AG’s directive (whatever that means)?
Death.
There is a rally at the Mass. State House tomorrow at 10:00 am.
SHOW ME THE MONEY, you chumps. I can use the profits to buy more guns and ammo.
Heck, I could even use the money to buy up a bunch of guns at a "gun buy back" cheap, and take them up to Boston for resale on the streets of Southie and Roxbury. Illegal stuff sells LIKE CRAZY in places like Southie and Roxbury.
They should challenge this statute in court as being unconstitutionally vague. A legislature can’t draft a statute with terms or elements so vague that a prosecutor can essentially define it any way they want after the fact. A reasonable person must be able to determine just what is prohibited by the statutory language. That’s why most legislative acts have an extensive definitions section as part of the legislation.
WHAT!?
I could only get one chambered in 19.8mm, but I did get the infinity clip that fabricates ammo, two AA batteries not included.
O.K.
:) Nice gun
True patriots ARE ingnoring the ban!!!!!
Yeah, I bought an AK15,16 and 17 in 15, 16 and 17mm. Funny thing though, they all shoot wide to the left.
Actually no, the 1938 German weapons act actually made it easier for a german to buy guns compared to the 1928 weapons act. it did make the possession of arms 9amy an offense for non Germans (like Jews), but most nations law are like that as well.
of course once they occupied nations they grabbed the guns of those nations citizens, with the exception of states they intended to incorporate into the Reich, where they allowed some small arms (like Denmark), though by 1944 these accommodations were removed.
Oddly enough a lot of Germens did not know they wee in a totalitarian society, or at least preferred not to look too closely.
it only took 8 people to make a line out the door
