Judge Napolitano lays out The Big Fix in Hillary’s email investigation
American Thinker ^ | July 22, 2016 | Thomas Lifson

Posted on 07/22/2016 6:44:54 AM PDT by detective

Judge Andrew Napolitano has put together a compelling case that a massive cover-up took place in the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails. He writes it cleverly, with each sentence beginning, “What if…?” so as to be able to present hypotheses.

It really deserves to be read in its entirety at The Washington Times. But here is a sample:

What if, when Mrs. Clinton suggested to the president that the United States wage a secret, undeclared war against Libya, the president went along with it as a no-lose proposition? What if he assumed that if her secret war succeeded he’d get the credit, and if her secret war failed she would get the blame?

‘...Congress but the use of intelligence assets requires only a secret reporting to a dozen members of Congress?’

This seems to be the weak link the What-ifs. Those dozen should be easy to ID as well.

About six months before Benghazi, the Muslim Brotherhood asked for the blind sheik (mastermind of the first WTC attack in early 90s. Suppose the attack was supposed to be the kidnaping of ambassador Stevens. The blind sheik would have been traded for Stevens.

Sounds conspiratorial but:
Huma Abedin’s relatives are Muslim Brotherhood, so there could have been som e back channel communication.
It would explain why they didn’t send anyone to help, AND why they told the CIA post a few kilometers away, to stand down as well.
It would explain why they didn’t secure the site for weeks afterwards, destroying any forensic evidence.
It would explain why they don’t want to catch any of the perpetrators, lest they reveal the true story.
The administration has a habit of trading hostages.
It would explain why Huma also had an email account on the Clinton server.

This is the first time I’ve seen the mentioning of arms dealing in regard to Benghazi in a news publication.

FREEPER ACTION PROJECT-----CONTACT CONGRESS HERE
http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

Testifying before Congress, AG Lynch dodged, bobbed, and weaved on a simple question:
Is it illegal to hand off classified materials to someone who does not hold a security clearance?

Demand Congress follow-up using these questions (hat tip SERKIT):

<><>Hillary was allowed to disclose classified data to others not holding security clearances, including her inner circle, her own attorneys and other aides outside the State Department.

<><> Are there documents that Hillary's inner circle were shown that the Congressional Committee is not allowed to see?

<><> Can the Congressional committee see those same documents, un- redacted, as Hillary showed them to others?

<><> Since there was no criminal intent on Hillary's part (according to Comey), and criminal intent is required (according to Comey), what criminal intent would be necessary to show the oversight Committee the same documents?

<><> Why can't the Congressional committee see everything?

<><> What if Hillary gave those documents to the Committee - would that simply be careless....... or would it be criminal?

<><> would Comey give Congress a pass? (hat tip SERKIT)

Prognosticator John McLaughlin said........”Clinton’s negatives are going up due largely to FBI Director James Comey’s recent comments on her email server.” Even though Comey did not recommend an indictment, he “laid out a case that really put her character in question.”

THIS JUST IN Democrats apparently ‘freaked out’ about her collapsing polls......and told her so in a meeting with Clinton

The hag is loathe to admit it....Americans have had it with the Clintons: the never-ending scandals, the corruption, the graft, the (gag) Foundation, the phony do-goodism to get-rich-quick, alliances w/ disreputable world leaders, people who despise the US.......

They operate as an influential Clinton shadow government, one that threatens the US government in its sensitive global relationships, and its citizenry.

The Clintons’ associations clearly undermine US ntl security.

It’s really perverse that these onetime government servants can stay in power indefinitely. They are power-mongers; they hijack government affairs for their personal benefit and influence.......all at the expense of the American people.

The Clintons need to be held accountable......they should be stripped of any association with the US government and banned from all activites that impinge on US sovereignty.

In sum, the Clintons are just feckless bottom feeders....con artists and pirates hijacking our tax dollars, and the wealth of others. They are practiced experts at duping people. (hat tip himnohero)

We got a lot of talk about Comey being a Republican appointee and a straight shooter—plus ‘informed’ speculation that FBI agents would walk and talk if Hillary skated and was not indicted. So what happened?

1. The FBI agents had to sign a blood oath that they would not talk about the investigation. Presumably this put THEM in jeopardy of being prosecuted if a leak could be traced back to anyone.

2. I think Comey decided he was the only person who could stick his finger in the dike protecting the country from political—and perhaps civil— anarchy if the presumptive Democratic nominee was indicted.

Imagine the uproar from the left if Hillary would be in serious legal trouble while trying to run for President. Imagine the uproar from the right if she ran while indicted or even worse had to make a plea to Obama for clemency if she was elected.

So he tried to split the baby in half so to speak. He presented sufficient damning evidence in tone and detail as well as a prosecutor would have done, leading everyone to the conclusion that she was guilty as sin. Then he recommended no prosecution in a misguided effort to protect the country from a riotous future.

The secret arms deal was extended to so-called moderate forces in Syria through an arms transfer via Turkey. That was why the Turkish Ambassador met with Ambassador Stephens that night before the attack on the consulate.

The large CIA presence was running the arms project out of Benghazi since that was the location of the original rebel command post in Libya. It’s possible that the CIA was trying to get some of the arms back from the Libyan rebels to trans-ship them to Syria via Turkey.
