OTC's are still regulated even though it's different than w/ major exchanges, but we were talking about the affect of the 2000 CFMA. It was meant to sort out OTC derivatives (along w/ lots of other stuff) but I just wouldn't call it complete deregulation --even for OTC's.

I just wouldn't call it complete deregulation --even for OTC's.I thought it said, "We aren't going to change the way these OTC derivatives are currently regulated (if at all)"
I could be wrong.
