The preferred end-state of the Black Lives Matter movement looks a lot like Robert Mugabe. Government by thugs, strongmen, and dictators. I guess they’re ok with that as long as those thugs, strongmen and dictators have the same skin tone. What a sad state of affairs.
Not to quibble with Mr. Adams’ column, but one paragraph needs to be expanded.
“They simply defend themselves by withdrawing from black communities. This, in turn, leaves black victims of black crime defenseless.”
Then the (usually) Democrat Mayor hires a black Police Chief in order to placate the few in the black community that are screaming for police protection. The new chief then holds the required “townhall” meeting to smooth over their anger over being targeted for crime. Then with the normal blacks placated, it is back to business as usual.
Less police, even less proactive police and more crime.
THAT is one reason I do not and will not live in any city.

Mebbe we should take note of that Napoleonic tidbit concerning the enemy destroying themselves.
Either way, I hate it for the decent folks caught in the middle of this. But just like the muzzies, I see no counter protests from the s'posed "peaceful majority". So I guess their silence is consent. d:^)
Let’s look at those stats again:
Blacks killed by cops (of any race) in 2015: 258.
Blacks killed by other blacks in 2015: 6,000.
Black babies killed by their mothers in 2015: ???
And WHITES are the “racists” at war with blacks???
Whatever is propping up B(L)M, it isn’t logic. And it certainly isn’t morality, considering the level of hypocrisy apparent in these statistics.
