Point out the place where I state that I agree with Matthews about racism.
I held Matthews to his own value system. Do you remember Alinksy? Rule 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules."
Do you think for a second that a liberal who holds a conservative to a high marital fidelity standard isn't cheating in their personal life?
Thus, I can hold Matthews to HIS STANDARDS without sharing HIS STANDARDS.

I worked all night, just got home, it’s 8am in my time zone and I’m getting into bed. Never wanted to fight per se, just discuss or debate. I don’t think what I say gets through or makes sense to people still programmed to incessantly resort to “See?! The democrats are the REAL racists!!” because they honestly believe they are immoral unless they take the anti-racist position. What winds up happening is that both sides try to out-liberal each other, while clinging to the delusion that honest racism is bad. The result is that nobody dares tell the truth except those willing to risk being seen as pariahs for taking politically incorrect positions on race, risk losing incomes, getting kicked off forums, etc.
Maybe we’ll pick this up later.
I insist you understand that I can invoke Alinsky Rule 4, and hold Matthews to his own standard, without actually having that standard myself.

I get that part. I also get that most conservatives virtue-signal, and bend over backwards to prove that they accept the liberal premise of racial equality, quaking in fear that anyone would be able to point to them and say, “Look! There’s one of those racist republicans! Look what he said about crime related to race! He must think all of our forefathers’ views on race were accurate!”
Such scaredy cats don’t dare actually examine or discuss whether or not our forefathers’ views on racial differences were accurate or not, at least not in places where anyone could out them as deviating from the politically safe, anti-racist programming.
So what? It’s TRUE.
And you must accept my thesis, that I do not hold Matthew’s standard, even when holding him to it.
If you do not accept that, then you are implicitly calling me a liar, and claiming to know more about my motivations that I do.
