That speech was aimed as much at the Bush-Romney wing of the uniparty as at Clinton. Trump recognizes they are an equally dangerous enemy.

I’m sensing landslide for Trump. He is our voice and enunciated the failings of the Left simply - and people will respond.

Did you know that is a misquote?
Thought it probably was but didn’t bother to check. Sometimes you just go with the legend. That phrase in Trump’s speech prompted the thought and I also imagined the press boxes and Democrats at home moaning in unison “No, no! That’s not true! That’s impossible!”
Not criticizing. Apparently thousands of people, including die hard fans recall it as “Luke, I am your father”. But that is wrong too. It is “No, I am your father.” The mandela effect.
