I actually took Thiel’s words to mean that liberals’ ongoing diatribes about the need for gender neutral bathrooms was senseless.
Who’s waging a war on homosexuals? What they do is their business. We just don’t want a one-size-fits-all policy in which businesses and churches have to go along with it at the gunpoint of federal judges.
Why was he even allowed to speak on stage? There are better tech business leaders who are actually conservative, and all Thiel did was whine about Christian values.
Thiel is a great example of an immigrant who has helped keep America at the cutting edge. People like him will help make America great again. Whether he is gay or straight makes no difference in what he has done. If he wants to wear it on his sleeve that is his choice. If he wants to push his philosophy politically then he will get pushback but at this point he says he is much more interested in more important causes.
How much farther could they back off, then they are now? They are pretty much ahead of the Dems on LGBT now.

They want us to forfeit on these issues by not showing up.

The only true science then becomes behavioral causality, period!

In other words, as there is no genetic causation, homosexuality and all other non-heterosexual relationships are learned by or forced upon individuals, often by children!
As we humans in general possess the propensity or desire to be our own boss, not be told what to do, occasionally break the rules, and often seek greater self gratification, sexual perversion then becomes a deliberate choice or forcible crime, as in forced sodomy.
I interpreted Thiel’s comments as being against the DEMOCRATS. After all he also said the “bathroom wars” were a distraction.
