“adequate” in the sense that he didn’t send us further down the “rat” hole. Didn’t he have a republican majority state senate/house of delegates to keep him in check? My poor memory doesn’t go back that far.....
He did very little but he handled the VT shooting thing very well. He also quickly fired that anti-Bush nutbag he appointed to the immigration panel.
His views constantly change to fit the party.
