Had a heat episode last weekend. Daughter, who is a marathoner, happened to be visiting and had some of this:

Much better within minutes.

Now have a goodly supply on hand for yard work, golfing and bicycling.

I will have to check it out. I had on one of those cool wraps that you wet but obviously it wasn’t enough.

I take blood pressure medication and had taken one before I started mowing thinking it would keep my blood pressure down... and that may have caused the problem combined with heat.
