The majority of the panel on Tuesday’s The View were furious about former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s speech defending police officers at the RNC last night. Panelists Joy Behar, CNN’s Sunny Hostin, ABC’s Sara Haines and Whoopi Goldberg blasted the Mayor for his tone and message, calling him “nutty,” “berserk” “lunatic” and “divisive” while FNC’s Jedediah Bila was the only panelist to defend Giuliani’s speech.
Whoopi began by asking the panel what they thought about Giuliani’s speech. Behar bluntly said, to laughter and applause, “I think he stole that speech from Mussolini.” Not to be outdone, Hostin had to bring race into it, (like she usually does.)
SUNNY HOSTIN: What I remember about -- I'm a native New Yorker. What I remember about Giuliani is that he was sort of responsible for stop and frisk in New York and all of the black and brown men in New York were harassed for many, many years.
Whoopi agreed, telling Giuliani that he should be “ashamed of himself” for taking credit for lower crime rates in New York City and that he had hurt “Latinos and black Americans.”
WHOOPI: He's got a lot of -- he got a lot of nerve. What you did for this country and what you did for a lot of Latino and black Americans, you should be ashamed of yourself. [Applause] You should be ashamed of yourself.
Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines then attacked Giuliani for his tone, saying it wasn’t “thoughtful” and “comforting” like President Obama’s.

Never watched the View, but from what I’ve read about them, they remind me of a bunch of brainless, bored housewives gossiping about events they know nothing about. If there is a brain cell among the View regulars, it hasn’t shown up.
Geez. Wonder why they didn’t just say Rudy plagiarized moose-a-lean-ee’s speech. Truly IPOS.

Guliani cleaned up the city and some feelings were hurt along the way. Too bad.

Whoopi Goldberg owns a mansion in Tuxedo Pk, NY a 120 yr old subdivision alleged to have been a “sundown town” long ago and makes Beverly Hills look like Detroit. When Rosie O’Dumbass first came on The Skew she bought the old Helen Hayes estate in the quaint village of Nyack, NY. A year later she sold the placed and moved to S. Nyack, nar where Bill Murray lived at the time because she and her “significant other” felt “uncomfortable” living next to the town’s Section 8 housing. More hypocrisy from a bunch of overrated drama queens.

Rudy made NY safer for blacks in the poor areas- just go ask them.

I would be concerned that the majority of the panel on Tuesday's The View may have gotten too much spittle on themselves and one another as they fumed and soiled themselves. Yes?
When Giuliani was mayor you could actually walk down Times Square safely for the first time in decades.
Stop and frisk WORKED and abandoning it led to much more crime.
I wish I had the time to check on how many blacks died during Rudy’s mayorship as opposed to other mayors.
How come ISIS doesn’t get these people.
