When asked by a delegate why he renigged on his pledge, he basically said that it wasn’t the election yet.
In other words, this lying crap weasel is saying that he isn’t breaking his pledge because as long as he eventually votes for Trump, he has fulfilled his pledge. He promised to support the nominee, but he didn’t say when or how.
