[ The crowd turned on Jesus, too. Not saying Cruz is anything like Jesus, but just sayin. ]
It was more like “Lord of the Flies”, but this stupid human instinct to kick someone while they are down and keep kicking even when someone is beaten or broken is very disturbing....
Reminds me of the islamo-animals who enjoy throwing stones at women who are buried in the sand up to their necks...
Winning Graciously is just as important IF NOT MORE SO than losing graciously.
I do believe the man brought it upon himself. What did he think would happen?
I suspect he is surrounded by yes people who encourage him to “stand by his conscience” instead of people who SHOULD be telling him, “you pledged to stand by the nominee, if you want to stand by your principles, you should support the nominee”. And he fell for what they were telling him. Heidi? amongst others.
What was lost in your comments, is how to lose gracefully.
I don’t think any of us would be talking negatively about Ted, if he had lost gracefully.
He has nobody to blame but himself, considering folks are only going after him because he refuses to abide by this pledge to support the nominee.
And by not doing that which he pledged, he actually aids and abets Mrs. Clinton’s bid for the Oval Office.
Sorry, but he deserves what he gets for that.
Ted has the Rodney King gene. Instead of complying, he continued to cause trouble. That generally results in what both got/are getting.
