Conservatives despise Cruz. Liberals despise Cruz. The average guy on the street despises Cruz. Albeit for different reasons, the majority of the population despises Cruz.

How is it to Trump’s advantage to have an endorsement from someone that the majority of the population despises?

They are at war with themselves...and it’s a good thing. Flush the GOPe out. I don’t care if it takes till Election Day, as long as Trump prevails. And this (Cruz) does nothing to hurt Trump. He looks like the grownup....

Cruz' stunt shows poor judgment by Trump for trusting Cruz to endorse him. He should've known Cruz was just itching for REVENGE on behalf of his wife to hurt Trump!

Think about this from the perspective of a DEMOCRAT OR INDEPENDENT who is on the fence and doesn't like Hillary. Would you be upset that 'extreme conservative' Cruz didn't endorse Trump? OF COURSE NOT!!!
