Cruz has had every opportunity to take the correct, principled stand (not to mention to keep his pledge).
As Laura Ingraham said earlier, (rough paraphrase) the hurt little boys need to get over their wounded pride and support the nominee. Cruz let the team down, totally, and is no longer a valued member of our side.
