The point to have made was: "Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama could have saved my son. But they ran away from their responsibilities and failed to lead, because they didn't want any bad headlines the next morning about big mean Americans ordered to kill poor little Arab protestors."

Patricia Smith didn't clearly make that kind of point. For people who don't know the situation in Benghazi (i.e., CNN watchers), it would have been hard to understand what she was angry with Hillary about.

Patricia Smith is an average American woman, not a
professional public speaker. She is clearly damaged from
the grief about her son’s death because of slipshod
Hitler-y & Hussein Obama’s games. Best I remember, Hussein
was off early next morning to some big fundraiser or the
other.
