When my Ohio tax dollars are used to subsidize the poor choices made by Colorado citizens, the tenth amendment is no longer applicable IMHO.
You're saying a fedgov policy that tramples the Tenth Amendment is justification for further trampling a state's 10th Amendment powers to regulate a function reserved to the states.
