“Contact any Freeper.” yes! Too bad there is not a Garage Sale function on FR!

This looks a lot like taking without recompense, does it not?

During the Clinton AWB there were over a million ARs sold sans hider or bayonet lug and the antis seemed to be fine with that.

IIRC, there were many rifles sold during that period that had permanently affixed (pinned or high-temp silver soldered) muzzle brakes. Apparently an easily-accessible *threaded muzzle* was also of great concern to the political left. Probably lingering misconceptions about silencers was driving that. Funny, now you can get anything down to a bolt-action .22 with a threaded muzzle. That must be one of those "unintended consequences".

Why do liberty-loving people continue to live in Slave States like this?

I can tell you’re from the Northeast, given your use of the phrase, “jammed up”.

” If a gun’s operating system is essentially the same as that of a banned weapon, or if the gun has components that are interchangeable with those of a banned weapon, it’s a “copy” or “duplicate,” and it is illegal.”

So, all DI or short stroke piston operated semi-automatic rifles are now banned in Massachusetts?

The only loophole I know of is greedy politicians sticking their noses in others rights to extract their wallets.

Poll every sheriff concerning this and how they will enforce it.

Act accordingly to to their responses.

“So, all DI or short stroke piston operated semi-automatic rifles are now banned in Massachusetts?”

Handguns operating by blowback with detachable mags, too, the way it reads, and semiauto shotguns with operation “similar to” a banned shotgun.

And interchangeable parts? Maybe if you have a bolt gun that accepts an AR mag, or a PCC that takes a Glock mag?

This just went down today so all the details have not shaken out yet.

How is a flash suppressor a threat? You’d think it would be required. Frankly, a noise suppressor should be required.

Most flash suppressors have an external diameter that lets them accept the tail boom of rifle grenades with a 22mm internal diameter, thus they can function as grenade launchers.

Of course, a grenade launcher can come in handy when a jihadi terrorist decides to drive through a crowd of unarmed citizens. Accordingly, the Massachusetts Attorney General is giving those enemies aid and comfort and adhering to them- not us.

They market “state compliant” copycat versions of their assault weapons to Massachusetts buyers.

Darned sneaky of those manufacturers to comply with the law.

Well it’s about MA, after all. Around here it’s usually “jacked up”, “I was drivin down Route 32 and I saw the Sheriff had Danny jacked up”

I have to respectfully disagree.

The statists need to be purged from Massachusetts.

“Features” scare liberals more than anything. To liberal a silencer makes the “pfft pfft” sound seen in movies. To a liberal a “dum-dum” round will scramble your insides and instantly kill you even if it misses you. To a liberal a Teflon coated round will pierce 24” of hardened steel, 3 feet of concrete, 2” of polycarbonate, and STILL go through level 3 body armor. To a liberal a flash suppressor will render a weapon invisible and impossible to locate where shots are coming from. To a liberal a bayonet lug makes you bullet proof as you charge cops. To a liberal a fore grip makes your aim instant and accurate even shooting ‘from the hip.’ To a liberal the weapon of choice for drive by shootings is a Barret .50

And of course liberals lie. No one needs an AK-15 that shoots clips full of glocks at 500 magazines per second.

Love that scene.

My favorite however, is...

...”well hell, Doc, I’ve got lots of friends”

Doc “I don’t “

One of my all time favorite flicks.

This friggin' state. The place that the American Revolution started...It's amazing that my once great state has fallen so low.

I love the seasons and the history here, and I hate heat and rattle snakes. But this is a bridge too far. If I haven't broken free and taken up residence in Texas or some other free state by the end of next year, I'll eat my hat.

as a matter of her discretion as a prosecutor,

What the Hell is this? The Constitution was written to prevent this kind of "good king/bad king" B/S. When you have to depend upon the good will of those in power, you are no longer free.
