Nope. The USSS is an Executive Branch department [of the Treasury] and in the event of conflict of orders regarding Executive Branch protectees or the arrest of same, their orders are to allow those orders to be carried out by U.S. Marshals...who are NOT sworn to support/defend the Constitution, nor to obey Executive Branch orders...but to obey the orders of the Federal Judiciary.
