A historic event took place moments ago when Mark Johnson, the global head of cash FX at HSBC was arrested at JFK airport for his role in a "conspiracy to rig currency benchmarks", and specifically for frontrunning customer orders. He is the first person charged by the US in the ongoing FX rigging probe.
As Bloomberg reports, a "senior manager at HSBC Holdings Plc was arrested in New York for his role in a conspiracy to rig currency benchmarks, according to two people familiar with the matter, becoming the first person to be charged in the Justice Departments three-year investigation into foreign-exchange rigging at global banks."

Comey and Lynch and Holder have SOLD justice.
They did not uphold the US Constitution, and have
been ONLY saved by the ultracorrupt GOPe
that has done NOTHING for 8 years.

This guy has the goods on Comey, Clinton, Lynch, et,al.
A billionaire money manager is only a criminal in two circumstances.
1) He or she does not pay the fair cut to progressives and their causes.
2) They have first hand knowledge of criminal activities of high level politicians and appear to have become free rolling deck canons.
Need proof? Mark Rich.

***could someone explain front running currency***
Buying a currency that will be more valuable after the trades are posted. These people know in advance how the currencies will be affected by the trades that they post so they buy and sell currencies that will make them a profit.
