Statement from the Senate Whitewater investigation 1996.
.
“Hillary Clinton was personally involved in mishandling documents and had ordered others to block investigators as they pursued their case. Worse, her behavior fit into a pattern of concealment: she and her husband had tried to hide their roles in two other matters under investigation by law enforcement.

Taken together, the interference by White House officials, which included destruction of documents, amounted to far more than just aggressive lawyering or political naiveté,” It constituted “a highly improper pattern of deliberate misconduct.”
.
That statement was written by??
.
James Comey

Remember the Clinton pardon of fugitive billionaire Mark Rich?
.
The pardon was granted on Clinton’s last day in office. It was so fishy that it drew an FBI investigation. Former President Jimmy Carter, a fellow Democrat, said, “I don’t think there is any doubt that some of the factors in his pardon were attributable to his large gifts. In my opinion, that was disgraceful.”
.
Mark Rich showered the Clintons with money - big money.
.
Who gave the Clintons a pass on the Mark Rich pardon?
That would be one James Comey

“a highly improper pattern of deliberate misconduct.”

Yeah, and in the context that would normally be a slam-dunk case for multiple obstruction of justice charges. Too bad the dedicated "career" prosecutors did not have the guts to put the Clintonistas on trial. So much for "any reasonable prosecutor" as Mr. Comey likes to say.
