Even if he can’t fire them, he can move them all to the National Park Service. It would be cool to see some GS-99 rangers. Yes, thy could guard the Alaska pipeline from saboteurs. Oh wait, that might not work. They would probably sabotage it themselves. Send them all to Thule. They can run the BX facilities there.
