Anybody else ever think that the world has gone friggin nuts???? They can’t travel to NC due to this bathroom issue??? Really??? This is how liberals are eager to make their political statementreally???

to bar any such publicly funded or publicly sponsored travel to such location, unless such travel is necessary for the enforcement of New York State law, “to meet prior contractual obligations”, or for the protection of public health,

I wonder if Duke might have a case here, if a scheduled game can be considered a “contract”.

No, because SUNY has decided not to include Duke in their schedule. The game wasn’t scheduled until November.
