It is interesting-perhaps in future the position as HUD secretary may be something you might not want to be named to-a thing to be dreaded-sort of like a Ft. Marcy Park that you survive, but are slimed and politically finished...

That little prick Castro, his brother and his commie mami are all raving lunatics-no self-respecting native born Texas Latino wants them in any public office-they do not speak for us...

The Hatch Act ceased being enforced against dems long ago.... Just the most recent example. As HHS Secretary, Sebelius traveled at taxpayer expense to give an Obama stump speech, and was told to repay travel costs and retake Hatch Act training. Ouch! /s

That is how they will get him out any real punishment, anyway. Hatch Act violations are supposed to result in removal. But nowadays, they have “discretion”.

The truth is the only thing we share with the likes of Castro-and Cisneros, for that matter-is an ethnicity because of common ancestry-and most of us speak Spanish as a second language-but that is where it ends...

Perhaps the first time anyone is reporting on what a Castro does, either in Cuba or here, that is illegal, immoral, unethical or criminal.

The Hatch Act prohibits buggery.

Yes, he will get to use the lack of intent defense and violating the Hatch Act, while professional death to most government employees, will be treated like jaywalking by this administration and it’s heir apparent, Hitlery Clinton.
