It is a gene problem. It comes from marrying your first cousin and having children. That will screw up the genes of the children. Congenital problems in the Arab World are off the charts high.
I spent many years in the middle east, n&w africa...in the muslim world handicapped/physical or mental are usually put to death. In North Africa you see a lot of “slower people” caused by inbreeding. All are mussie scum. You’re welcome.
