Just because the messiah/obummer decided not to prosecute violations of US federal law doesn’t make it legal if a state makes it so.

Trump has said legalization should be decided state-by-state.

Isn't that more in keeping with the Tenth Amendment than having fedgov dictate?

Yes, but the law is the law. Need congress to repeal the law first.
