Never watched a convention..how different is this one
Been watching conventions since 1972. Normally they are boring affairs with mostly pontificating politicians who go way past their time.
The pace being set tonight is simply amazing. I've never seen anything like it. I love the 5-10 minute format for most of the speakers.
Very. They're usually over-produced and slick. Trained speakers speaking blah, blah, blah. Each one indistinguishable from the last.
This reminds me of a good ol' fashioned tent revival. I mean that in the best possible way. People speaking from the heart, speaking with passion. Raw and powerful.
It ain't no Romney convention, that's for sure.
