They were pretty brutal from what I read but bottom line it works for us.The committee heads just didn’t allow anyone to speak hardly at all ever,no voting no nada.
One night I saw some of the proceedings on CSPAN, just watched long enough to see some never-Trumpers propose amendments only to see them fall flat.
One amendment didn’t even get a second.
I only watched about ten minutes of it, great but....Boooorrrring!
