Nearly 3,000 soldiers arrested and 2,700 judges fired as Turkey begins punishing those linked to attempted coup. Turkey has begun a purge of soldiers and judiciary officials allegedly connected to an effort to topple the government, one day after a failed military coup attempt.

By Saturday evening, the government of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had detained 2,839 military personnel, with number of arrests expected to rise, according to Prime Minister Binali Yildirim.

Turkey's top judicial body, the HSYK, dismissed 2,745 judges on Saturday, according to Turkey's Anadolu news agency.

Remove the judges, get new rubber-stamp ones. No more “legal” opposition.

"Remove the judges, get new rubber-stamp ones. No more “legal” opposition."

Obama would like to do that, too. His approach is just a little slower.

I think your analysis is sound. After Erdogan starts murdering thousands of Turks, Putin can play the role of good guy by condemning Erdogan for human rights violations and unleashing the Russian dogs and its allies. Erdogan, I think, really messed up by kicking the Russian bear. As others have speculated, I predict a bloody Turkish civil war in the near future.

That is why Obama did nothing to help them over take him.

Well, we knew something was coming. Wonder if we (US) had anything to do with it.

Someone should have unloaded a 30 round mag into Erdogan’s face.

And sooner than we think. I bet in a month or two. Just enough time for these situations to materialize. Putin has a hard-on for both Erdogan and Obama as he has been stating their duplicity with ISIS . He wants to relegate them both to the dustbin of history. This will also scare the hell out of Tehran and it will make Vladimir Putin’s Russia the undisputed leader of the world and the supreme super-power.

That’s the psyop and excuse to give ISIS a safe haven. Even though Turkey has been collaborating with Saudi Arbaia’s proxy force ISIS/Al-Qaeda in secret. They can now do it in the open when Turkey radicalises.

An oldie/goldie article by Seymour Hersh.
http://www.lrb.co.uk/v36/n08/seymour-m-hersh/the-red-line-and-the-rat-line

I haven’t read this thread so someone may already have brought this up, but since Obama and Erdogan have been working together to arm “Syrian rebels” (a.k.a. al quaeda/ISIS) for a while now, it makes one think this recent military coup in Turkey has our fingerprints all over it, doesn’t it? Like someone (one of you?) said already, this “failed coup” will give Erdogan an excuse to strengthen his hardline theocratic hold on Turkey, making it just another Islamic-run nation in a long line of Islamic-run nations to rise since Hussein Obama took office.

What a cozy little relationship our pResident has with Ergodan. So when do we kick Turkey out of NATO? When someone like Putin pushes Obama on it? (Why do I keep imagining that Putin and other world leaders can’t wait until a grown-azz adult moves back into our White House?)

Wasn’t it convenient that Erdogan was out of the country? All obama/jarrett had to do is get our cia ops in there, plan a flawed coup that would fail, all the while making the Turkey military think it was their own idea. When SHTF, our cia instigators get out of the country, knowing the coup will “fail” and a bunch of military & secular, constitutional judges in Turkey would soon have their bodies separated from their heads.

And then... Voila! Obama/Jarrett have themselves another jihadist, murderous theocracy in the middle east after the dust settles. It’s just a continuation of Obama’s Arab Spring that has wrecked the entire middle east.

What a mess. Trump/Pence can’t get here soon enough.

It’s possible that this so-called coup was orchestrated by Erdogan and to flush out all those who “opposed” him. If this was a legit coup, it wouldn’t had been this half-assed.

Good for you to bring that article up. However I think Putin could very well have this mess cleaned up by November with the scenario I just stated. He is smarter than Obama/Jarrett and will humiliate them and probably expose them as per this article so Trump can deal with them ruthlessly with his new justice system.

So, if the coup was staged by Erdogan/Obama, then this little demand from Erdogan to Obama to extradite the Pennsylvania clergyman is just cover.

Something for the MSM to talk about ad nauseum while they all sit around and pretend like they don’t know what’s really going on.

If Obama was a player in this “coup,” I bet Mike Pence, who has a son in the Marines, will be quite pissed. I know i would be.

Good stuff from a 2009 WikiLeaks cable about Fethullah Gulen:

“...the Republican People’s Party and other AKP
opponents of the ruling Justice and Development Party are
quick to accuse the U.S. of working covertly to prop up
Gulen, allegedly to weaken Turkey’s secular foundation to
produce a “model” moderate Islamic nation. “

“This will also scare the hell out of Tehran and it will make Vladimir Putin’s Russia the undisputed leader of the world and the supreme super-power.”

Us amateurs in international affairs need to keep in mind that Putin has stated a number of times that he (Russia) would welcome an alliance with the United States to go kick Islamic ass. I don’t believe that Putin has the offensive capabilities to take on the rotten caliphate that’s starting to build, thus negating the possibility of becoming a supreme super-power. Well, that’s all speculation on my part.

What do you think?

You and I think very much lot alike. So do people in the know. Putin has enough offensive firepower to turn Turkey into a smoking pile of ashes also this country from a strategic/tactical nuclear perspective. But there is more work to be done throughout the world and I suspect that if/when Trump is elected we will quickly form an alliance with Russia and go on a massive crusade to annihilate the Jihadis once and for all. However this could also have some consequences.

Gotta put this somewhere.

“A Senate lobbying disclosure form filed last month shows that the Podesta Group registered in May to lobby for the Alliance for Shared Values, an umbrella organization that comprises several Gülen-linked groups in the U.S”

I just went back and read your reply way up there, and that's really good observations about Russia and Putin. And just think: Putin has Hillary's emails that probably reveal her and Obama's involvement in the weapon's running operations, the fake sarin gas attack by "Syria" that didn't match chemically with Syria's known sarin gas stores, etc. Scores of books will be written about this time period in our history.

Regarding Hillary's computer issues... I would bet good money she's still hacked. No doubt, she's too arrogant to follow directions from our intel community about replacing all hardware and never using any old files again. Even if she followed directions to scrub everything and if she followed safe practices (which she won't), nowadays you can hide a very small rootkit in something as innocuous as a wireless doorbell, refrigerator, etc. Presto. Infected again.

OH, yeah. I can't wait until Putin or someone else (China?) drops the dime on her. Our worst fear should be that they DON'T and she steals enough votes to win.

TRUMP / PENCE !!!

To what end? (Not a hostile question, just asking you to expand your thought on this matter.)
