I was born in WV and lived mostly in CA. Been in 49 states and 30 o so countries. In Cal if your home or building is 90 years old they conifer it “historical.” We have houses in Oceanside with plaques on the front “built in 1922.” In Europe they laugh if you consider 90 years “historical.”
I remember stpping out of my apartment in Paris and looking up at the building across the street. There was a plaque on it that said 1634.
