2. The French people can’t legally get guns in “any old store”, or pretty much any store for that matter. This is why they keep getting slaughtered by their muslim “guests”.

Just like in America, the French people buy guns in gunshops or from family members or friends. “Armorier” is the proper word and you can find it in any phone book in France. Same place you get your ammunition and hunting supplies.
Ok, they CAN get guns, but apparently choose not to? I assume handguns are not easy to get in any case. I do admit to pretty much total ignorance of France’s gun laws...
