I feel they talked about Jackson the same way.
They ended up naming an Era for him

Any SCOTUS justice who “blurts” is ready for immediate retirement.

These Leftists think the country is so much under their control, and therefore overthrown, that they can sometimes let the truth about their motives slip out.

I remember the outrage when Justice Samuel Alito mouthed the words “not true” when President Barack Obama criticized the Supreme Court’s campaign finance decision.

The easiest way to determine whether something is appropriate is to apply the goose/gander hypothetical. If Justice Thomas blurted out that Hillary was a corrupt criminal and that he would move to Costa Rica if she were elected, how do you think the MSM would respond?
Of course they would be hollering for Thomas to step down or be impeached. It would be a 24/7 steady drumbeat. FOX fag shep would be mincing around the studio tisking at the loss of trust.
Ginsberg is garbage and so are some 47 percent of the American population.

Priceless! When a conservative speaks actual Truth, the same folks are up in arms and want apologies and punishment - when a Lefty spews crap, they want them to stand in it (there’s a picture for one’s mind)....

very good article. the headline is deceiving.
Great quote:
It is a shame that the judiciary has become suffused with politics, but that was inevitable once the statists began using the courts to provide constitutional cover for their plans to transform the nation. Many Americans already understand that and it would be better if everyone did.

Every one who supports what Ginsberg did needs to go down with her. This stuff has to stop or we are going to have radical leftists killing us eventually.

Fuax pas? If any case comes before Ginsberg that has the word “Trump” in it, she’ll should recuse herself!

I wonder if there is any way that Trump could request Ginsburg to perform the swearing in ceremony.

Federal judges are supposed to keep out of the political mud, but Justice Ginsburg opined that Donald Trump would be a national disaster. I cant imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president, she said, adding that the prospect of a Trump presidency made her think about moving to New Zealand. ...a statement which was greeted with the cheers of approval by tens of millions of American citizens tired of her crap.

She only said that her comments were “ill-advised”, whatever the hell that means.

Ginsburg, like nearly all progressives, is hostile to the idea principle, clearly articulated in that decision by the late Judge Robert Bork, of stare decisis, that once the Supreme Court has ruled on a point of Constitutional law, the precedent is final and binding on future Courts, unless there is a Constitutional Amendment.
