Violent antisocial behavior is not a mental problem
It is a problem of evil.
Of course it’s evil; that’s a baseline “given.”
Here’s where the “mental problem” aspect comes in, though: civilized society pushes people AWAY from giving vent to their every evil whim; Islam pushes people TOWARD letting the beast roam free.
