And who would enforce that?
The ratio of cops to citizens is something like 3000 : 1 at the least.
And those 3,000 average 1/2 a gun per person.
And, I guess you are assuming every member of law enforcement would participate.
There is no way any force could contain anything but a small portion of the populace.
I have no idea the logistics of Martial Law or in what form it would or could take. Just suggesting there may be a connection between all the points mentioned previously.
Very little happens by accident these days, particularly when it advances the NWO agenda, as you may be aware.
But simply because such an attempt would not be successful doesn’t mean it’s not being planned outright or as a contingency.
