How’s more insane, the terrorists or the “leaders”?

Of course the leaders. Terrorists are doing what terrorists do. No surprises coming from them.
The leaders are bonkers in their statements and decisions!!
The leaders who take this attitude are insane and completely aloof to the dangers to their citizens. They have 24/7 armed security protecting their sorry butts. The have no empathy toward their people.
France had a bloody violent revolution because of the “let them eat cake” attitude before.
The leaders are as insane...but more deluded.
