Hear! Hear! I tried to explain to my ex-wife (German) that the second the original EU bailout money was transferred to Greece...it was GONE, as if you dropped it in the middle of the ocean. Sad she and the rest of Germany can’t figure that out.

The elites are just fine with that. They regard it as actually buying Greece outright.
Remember when German MPs were suggesting that Greece actually sell their islands and the Acropolis to them six years ago? German newspaper Bild had a related slogan: “We give you cash; you give us Corfu.” Heil Imperium.
