Thank you...and I love your tagline. Beep Beep is always my way of saying get out of my way when I;m in a crowd. I carry a roadrunner key chain too!
Seriously, it really angers me whenever I run into stupid “moms against guns” who are totally brainless. My grandmother was a great shot as well as my mother, all my aunts, and myself as well. No such thing in my family of the little lady afraid of guns. My dad taught me to shoot when I was 5. Have loved it ever since.

I taught all 3 of my sons to shoot. My wife as well. Oldest son passed in 2012. The kids are out of the house now. Trips to the range are "date nights". My wife helps with reloading as well. Gunsmithing is my hobby. Mostly custom builds with off the shelf components. It's more fun to build exactly what you want instead of taking 2nd best factory offerings. It seems my time is spent more creatively i.e. writing software or building firearms than enjoying the fruits of my labor. C'est la vie.

WOW! Congrats on the great life style you have. Lucky wife. Sorry about your son....that is the toughest. My oldest son and I used to load about a thousand or so shells for a weekend at the trap club. Great fun and super memories. Second son great shot too, but daughter doesn’t have time as her children are young, so I take the grandkids to the range. I’m a grayhaired granny, but can still put game on the table and win a competition now and then. I think my love for the out of doors and competence with weapons is one of the greatest gifts my parents gave me. It brought responsibility and self confidence as well as independence.

If they meant Muskets, they wouldn’t have used the word “Arms”. There were Cannons then too, I want one.
If I remember, 70% of all the Cannons used by the Patriots against the British were Privately owned. Many were on privately owned Naval Frigates.

When the framers of our Constitution considered the Second Amendment, they were talking about muskets, Coleman said during a news conference outside of the Capitol Building on Tuesday. When Thomas Jefferson said *All men are created equal* he wasn't talking about women like Bonnie Coleman. Back to the cotton fields with her.
