Exactly. I went overboard with the iced green tea latte with whole milk. My weight hit 208 lbs. I stopped that and dropped back to 192 lbs. Additional clean up of my diet has me at 159.3 lbs today (from 191.5 on Jan 7th). Body fat down to 17.5%. A nice way to cruise toward my 60th birthday next month.
WOW, you are my hero. I’m struggling with my weight at a similar age and would love to manage that kind of decrease....
