Whether or not you like Christie, I think Scarborough made a persuasive case against Pence.

Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.

Scarborough and MSNBC want Clinton to win the presidency.

Anything Scarborough says is meant to help Clinton win.

I don’t favor Pence or Christie. I am neutral. But this seems like an strong argument for Pence.

Keep in mind that Pres/VP are a team. A lot of people perceive Trump as a bit too spontaneous and unconventional. Pence and his family could be a poster for a typical somewhat ordinary, ideal Midwestern family....the very picture of stability. Besides that, the others under consideration all have other important roles they'd be perfect for in the Trump administration.

But, it's Trump. I almost expect to be surprised about who wins VP Apprentice.

Folks, this is funny. Trump is doing the VP thing EXACTLY like he did the TV show.

I watched the first 30 minutes of Morning Joe and I have to disagree with your take.

Scarbrough made me think about Congressman Mike Pence and the number of FReepers who used to tout "Pence for POTUS."

I don't think Pence is the push-over "some" envision.

Pence in Indiana for the past 3 years has dulled memories.

Joe’s right on Pence.

Pence would be every ‘unknown’ VP that dragged down a national ticket - from Thomas Eagletonn to Geraldine Ferraro to Dan Quayle to all the rest of the ‘deer in the headlights’ VP choices...

That said Newt’s the best choice... the press can’t lay a glove on him... he knows their games and he’s smarter...

Scarborough is stupid. He thinks Christie is best equipped to prosecute the case against Hillary Clinton. I agree, but it would not be the VP’s job, Joe. Christie needs to be Attorney General - that’s where he could serve most valuably.

So you want to listen to a RINO/Liberal on who the first real Republican since Ronald Reagan should pick for VP. OK.
