A lot of people thought Crooked Hillary was going to get a “bounce” when the FBI decided not to recommend criminal prosecution. But it appears that the findings of “gross negligence” and “reckless carelessness” have done some damage after all.
Hillary got the “dead cat bounce” , which is to say nothing at all.
