A panhandler called 911 and said someone matching Sterling’s description had pulled a gun on him. The police arrived knowing they were likely dealing with someone who was armed. They weren’t hassling him about selling CDs in the parking lot.
Sterling had arrests for domestic violence, aggravated assault, resisting a police officer with force (and he had a gun on him that time also),burglary, carrying a firearm while in possession of drugs, statutory rape of a 14 year old, and the list goes on. Go to Heavydotcom and see the whole list.
Just like police in Minnesota, knowingly pulled over a guy with a long arrest record, who matched the description of an ARMED robbery suspect —
and unbelievably, not only was he armed, but had the gun up on his lap (where everyone who owns a gun, keeps it!).
They then approached his car with their guns drawn, and demanded to see his license & registration at gunpoint. (as happens to everyone but whites & asians).
