Tuesday at the memorial service for the five slain Dallas police officers, President Barack Obama said that “it hurts” when peaceful protestors who are attempting to forward their grievances with the police treatment of African-Americans are “dismissed perhaps even by your white friends and co-worker and fellow church members again and again and again.”

I have yet to hear anything resembling a "plan" or a desired state. Just a bunch of rumbling/complaints about the "symptoms".
"We're tired of cops shooting blacks!" So, your solution is what? Cops aren't allowed to shoot blacks? Cops shouldn't respond to calls where blacks are involved? We need an all-black police force for black neighborhoods? WHAT?
Until you identify your "solution", the protesters are just a bunch of malcontents.

It also “hurts” when irresponsible blacks accuse police — or all whites, for that matter — of being racists.
It also hurts (blacks) when black men randomly impregnate black women and then abandon the offspring to the streets.
It also hurts (blacks and whites) when endless government giveaways rob from the latter to keep the former trapped in dependency.
It also hurts when blacks are encouraged to see racism around every corner and adopt a mentality that defines them as perpetual victims.
It also hurts our entire society when blacks are given a pass on their feral behavior because of political correctness.
