I used to listen to William Cooper on shortwave radio. He had an hour-long program starting at midnight, on which he would rave about all sorts of nutty subjects.
My favourite was the time he decoded the secret messages in The Lion King. It's about the elites trying to foment a race war. (If you thought Disney was just adapting Hamlet with cute jungle animals, you ignorant sheeple, think again.)

A neighbor of mine, who once considered himself a Bernie supporter, handed me a copy of the book after I expressed some curiosity and told him that I read some of it online. The book talks about everything from government engineered diseases to extraterrestrial conspiracies, most of which is complete nonsense, but some that also rings eerily accurate in 2016. Right idea, wrong book and author. Try Pale Horse Coming by former newspaperman Steve Hunter.
